Syvoren S.A. de C.V., with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 300, Floor 12, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, ZIP 06600, Mexico City, Mexico, is the legal entity responsible for the use and protection of your personal data.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect your name and email address when you subscribe to Syvoren's newsletter. In later stages of the service we may request additional identification data in accordance with the Mexican Fintech Law and applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (i) inform you about new real estate crowdlending projects in Mexico; (ii) send you commercial communications and newsletters; (iii) attend requests, questions and procedures; (iv) comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
4. Data transfers
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except when legally required by competent authorities or when necessary for service providers acting on behalf of Syvoren under equivalent data protection obligations.
